The Employment Readiness Scale™ (ERS)

ERS Webinar Series:

Every other month, ERS has a 45 minute to one hour webinar on different aspects of the ERS and on topics of general interest to career development professionals.

The ERS training webinars will cover features we have added in the last 12 months and the new ones we plan to launch in 2023. They would also be of interest to users looking for refresher training or simply to get new ideas on how to get more out of the ERS for your clients. If you are uncertain on how to use a feature, then these webinars are a good place to get clarity.

All our webinars are delivered by experienced professionals who regularly train Agency staff on different aspects of the ERS. They have excellent knowledge of the ERS and on how to get the most out from it.

The webinars typically run every third Thursday of the month from 2:00PM to 3:00PM ET.

Registration is via Eventbright and is free. Once registered, you will receive a link via email and reminders prior to the beginning of a session.
For more information on any of the webinars, please contact your ERSI Service Affiliate or send us a note at admin@ersscale.com.

Hope to see you there!
