Our programs serve a diverse range of individuals including those with disabilities, multiple barriers, youth, mandated and those experiencing homelessness, poverty and isolation. With over 20 years of experience working as a teacher, education consultant and curriculum developer with the Inuit in Nunavik, Graziella now supports job seekers with disabilities as a Bilingual Rehabilitation Consultant for Performance Plus Rehabilitative Care (PPRC) since 2015. Through customizing second language learning situations and implementing new teaching strategies to preparing qualified candidates for impactful career search moves, Graziella enjoys differentiating approaches to meet the individual needs of a diverse clientele. Graziella received her Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa and Honours B.A. Specialist in French Language and Literature and Major in Psychology from the University of Toronto. She is a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP) and an active volunteer with several community organizations.

Leah is a professional careers practitioner with the ACCE. She provides careers consultancy services on all areas of career development, contributes to professional learning programs and provides careers counselling to the general community. Leah has a background as a TAFE teacher with extensive experience in VET and Higher Education and has recently completed an appointment with Swinburne University Centre for Career Development. Leah has experience in developing career education materials, professional resume writing, cover letters, interviews, job search strategies and answering selection criteria and provides input into preparing social media profiles for employment.
