ERS License
The Employment Readiness Scale™ ERS License includes the following services:
- A license to use the ERS
- Set up of the initial variables you wish to track. These can be unique to your agency or common variables such as: education level reached, number of years unemployed, barriers, language level, etc. These are then tracked in addition to Government designated minority groups
- Codes (1 per client) that clients can retake to measure progress and agencies can use to assess the effectiveness of programs.
- Client feedback report after every ERS take.
- Agency and Sponsor roll-up reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Services of an expert dedicated Service Affiliate to train staff and provide online support
Licensing
There are 2 main structures of ERS licenses to choose from based on your client service delivery
Agency licenses: For direct client services and report generation.
Sponsor licenses: For analyzing patterns of client needs and program effectiveness across several agencies.
Single Agency License
- This is the 1st item
- This is the 2nd item
- If all your programs and services are delivered from one office location, a single Agency license is usually sufficient.
- If your programs and services are delivered from different locations each with a small group of clients and the cohort of clients served are similar. Any staff member authorized to use the ERS can access and view client data from all the other locations.
- Set your own client variables to track such as Education Level, Time Unemployed, and Reason for Unemployment. These can be customized to your agency based on your clientele.
- You can generate reports to:
- Monitor client progress before and after an intervention
- Measure progress among government defined equity groups
- Monitor program effectiveness at the agency level
- Compare your agency statistics against the national average
Sponsor Licenses
- If your programs and services are delivered at different locations, and there are key differences between the locations (e.g., urban versus rural offices, targeting at-risk youth in one location while serving the general population in another), then a Sponsorship license is recommended.
- Your programs and services are delivered at more than two sites, and you would like to compare client needs and program effectiveness at those locations.
- Your programs and services are delivered at different sites, in different regions or districts, and you would like to compare client needs and program effectiveness both within regions and across locations
- Having individual agency licenses allow you to analyze the similarities and differences in client needs and client improvement between the different locations.
- The Sponsorship license also gives you the option to choose if authorized locations can view and access each others client information.
- Sponsors can aggregate client codes across all its agency to benefit from volume pricing for client codes.
- Sponsors can reallocate codes between its agency whenever the need arises.
Implementation Approach
Our licensing process involves the following steps
- We prepare a license agreement for your review and signature.
- If necessary, we can assist you with procurement-related documentation, including a rationale for sole sourcing this service.
- Once we receive an executed signature page and full payment, we create your access to the ERS and send you the codes along with the contact information for your dedicated Service Affiliate.
- A dedicated Service Affiliate to train your staff on the use of the ERS. The Service Affiliate is also available by phone and email for support.
- As soon as you are licensed, your assigned Service Affiliate will contact you for implementation and help you set up your agency’s specific requirements.
Your dedicated Service Affiliate is there to train your staff on the use of the ERS.
The Service Affiliate is also available by phone and email for ongoing support.
